Registration includes Dinner, Dessert, a Drink and Dancing
A complimentary drink ticket is included with each reservation, and wine bottles will be provided for each table for toasting.
All dinners include a Roasted Autumn Harvest Salad (Roasted Beets, Arugula, Dried Cranberries, Locally Farmed Goat Cheese, Candied Walnuts and Champagne Vinaigrette - Vegetarian & Gluten-Free), sides of steamed broccolini, and butter braised fingerling potatoes, and an entrée of:
Option 1: Oven Roasted Skuna Bay Salmon (Gluten-Free)
Option 2: Seared, Premium Cut New York Striploin & Jumbo Prawns (Gluten-Free)
Option 3: Balsamic Grilled Portobello Mushrooms (Vegetarian)
Dessert will follow dinner.

Please read below for more details about this event
Parking at the DoubleTree by Hilton is available on November 11th at CDM’s rate of $10 per car. Parking on days prior or after are at the normal hotel rate.
You may book rooms 3 days before and 3 days after the event (11/8 -11/14) and still receive the CDM block rate.
CDM’s reserved room block expired October 21st. Rooms booked after the expiration will be at the normal hotel rate.
Like most things in our community, please look for yourself what “formal attire” means. ;-)
One drink ticket and wine for toasting will be provided for each registered guest.
A cash-only (no cards) bar will be available for those interested in purchasing additional drinks.
