(online and in-person in Santa Rosa)

This one-day retreat will include two workshops and healings on setting the energy for your health and vitality.

The Health & Vitality Retreat is included as part of the 2-Year CV program.

Graduates and current 1-Year CV students (35 and older) are welcome to join us, as is anyone over 35 who has taken Meditation 1.

• 10:00a-12:30p - Workshop 1: Embracing Your Wisdom as a Healer

• 12:30p-1:30p - Lunch Break

• 1:30p-3:00p - Workshop 2 & Healings: Practicing Your Wisdom as a Healer

Prerequisite: You are at least 35 years old and have completed Meditation 1.
